Troy Miller is a retired superstar, known mainly for his great run in RCW. Reality Check Wrestling! After a long and prosperous career, and establishing himself as one of the toughest S.O.B.s in the world, Miller retired from RCW and bough his very own ring and decided he wished to promote. Miller was a business man on the inside and quickly got HPCW televised in the local Seattle Area. Less then a year later, HPCW Adrenaline is one of the top shows on Monday Night.

Miller is very charismatic, but he is also ruthless and aggressive. Word of advice to the rooks, don't piss him off.
